We proudly offer Expedited Free Shipping, with tracking to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Expedited free shipping to these countries takes 10 business days.

We also ship to many other international locations. If your country is not listed above, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and delivery timelines.

Expedited delivery to South America is approximately 20 business days.

Orders to EU countries have a higher risk of getting seized by customs.


Shipping Timelines & Delivery

Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Transit Time: Expedited shipping to our primary destinations typically takes 10 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 2 business days.

Customs Delays: Please note that packages can occasionally be held at customs for up to 5 business days (or longer) due to inspection workloads. Any such delays will be reflected in your tracking updates.

Declarations: All packages are declared with full transparency, containing clear and accurate information as legally required. Items are declared for personal use.

Clearance: Shipments to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia generally clear customs quickly. However, clearance times are controlled by local authorities and can vary.

Communication: If you are contacted directly by customs authorities, please contact us with the correspondence you had.

Prescriptions: No prescription is required to order from us. If customs requests one, please contact us for guidance.

Lost Seizures: In the rare event that an order is seized by customs and not released, it is considered lost. We offer a FREE RESHIPMENT for all lost orders.


“I Think My Order Is Lost”

All shipments include a tracking number. An order is officially classified as lost if there are no tracking updates confirming delivery for 30 business days from the ship date.

If this occurs, please contact us with your order ID. We offer a FREE RESHIPMENT for all lost orders.

“My order was Returned to Sender”

Packages may be returned to us for the following reasons:

  • The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery and did not collect the package from the local depot in time.
  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.

When a package is returned to the sender, it typically takes 15 to 20 business days to reach us.

We charge a 40 USD shipping fee for returned orders and refund the remaining of the order value, or re-ship to the (correct) address, depending on how you would like to proceed.
